Reporting A Breach

We need to understand that it is the responsibility of the holder of Protected Personal Information (PPI) Data to do it's best to secure said data and to report any exposed risk to the reporting authority

Reporting any exposed risk is the minimum that is expected of the holder of PPI.

Letting people know that they have had their PPI exposed so as to prepare them for what may come is basic to belonging to the human community.
