Entity Reporting | Violation Reporting | |
| Entity Reporting, although legally required by law happens to be voluntary and required within 60 days of the breach for bigger breaches. | Violation Reporting is when an entity has determined that a breach has occurred and chose or failed to report the breach, effecting many victims. | |
